In the event of loss, damage, or courier issues, you will be fully refunded for:

Once your order is delivered successfully, the deposit is refunded in full.

5. Delivery Guarantee

We strive for a 100% delivery success rate. In the rare case that your package is lost or compromised:

A full refund (order + deposit) will be issued, or
A reshipment will be arranged at no extra cost.
